THE TITANIC'S LOUNGE CHAIRS AND THE SALE OF YOUR HOUSE
They say the Titanic had 614 wooden deck chairs.
I can't confirm that because, thankfully, I wasn't there.
Every day, there were staff members whose first task was to arrange them on deck so that passengers could be comfortable and enjoy their day.
It was a very important task.
If they hadn't been arranged by the time the passengers arrived, someone would have been reprimanded.
However, when the Titanic struck the iceberg and was sinking, no one bothered to arrange the deck chairs; everyone had more important things to do.
In a shipwreck, the last thing you'd do is arrange the deck chairs, and yet it's the first thing you do on any other day. The quick conclusion is that arranging deck chairs can't be that important.
Perhaps what's important are other things that you don't normally do.
In our lives, we too often find ourselves "tidying the sun loungers" every morning without realizing that it's an action we could do without, and nothing would change.
Something big has to happen for us to stop doing the trivial tasks of our daily lives and dedicate ourselves to what truly matters.
Even sometimes, after experiencing the harsh realities firsthand…
We keep tidying the sun loungers.
And now, we're here: something big has happened.
I'm not going to say that selling or buying a house is a misfortune, of course.
Selling (or buying) a property is, in most cases, a beautiful moment.
Beautiful… but complicated.
Something big, in short.
A successful outcome depends on micro-decisions that you aren't always in a position to make.
It depends on knowing the procedures, processes, and difficulties you'll encounter in the arduous task of selling your house for its true value.
Beware!
For its true value.
Right now, for many homeowners, the ship is sinking.
And they're still arranging the sun loungers.
During the sinking of the Titanic, the crew realized the mistakes they had made by not having enough lifeboats and not having conducted evacuation drills.
Something similar is happening right now with many homeowners who want to sell now and are realizing they don't have a handle on the market.
They need professional help.
For a long time, they were told about the need to entrust the sale of their house to a good real estate agency, but they ignored it.
They didn't do it and continued investing time and money in a property to see if they could sell it on their own.
But they're finding it increasingly difficult.
We've been providing answers and solutions to these people for years.
People who, in moments like these, want to act quickly and effectively.
And immediately.
With the tools a good Real Estate Agency provides.
So that selling your property doesn't depend on finding a lifeboat on the Titanic.
And so you can do it now, when it's time to do what's important.
When everything is in order, you can put the deck chairs back in order.
If you'd like the peace of mind of knowing your sale is safe from shipwrecks, call me at 618 513 733 and I'll tell you how we're going to do it.
Best regards.
